Early Life and Education
Cody is a second-generation Long Beach native. Born and raised in Long Beach, he graduated Long Beach Polytechnic High School as valedictorian and attended California State University Long Beach on a full-ride scholarship where he studied Finance.
During school he worked at Jongewaard’s Bake n Broil, a local favorite restaurant, where he also met his wife while working there.
Career Background
Cody entered the world of real estate with the goal to become an investor and build his own portfolio of multifamily properties. He has been helping people invest in multifamily real estate since starting off as an agent in 2014. Since obtaining his broker’s license in 2019, he has quickly risen up the ranks within the industry and has invested in several properties in Long Beach.
Cody joined Sage Real Estate in late 2022 from Buckingham Investments, an established powerhouse real estate brokerage serving the Greater South Bay area of Los Angeles County, after successfully running their Long Beach office as a Managing Broker.

Cody lives in Long Beach, California, providing him with an up close and personal relationship with Southern California’s dynamic and appreciating property market. He enjoys traveling around the world, learning about different cuisines, and hanging out with his black lab named Olive.
